Step 1: Spell: After performing an assessment on the product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels we identified the optimal E-Commerce retailers for their business. Given their opening price to and mid-price points products we were able to secure distribution with Wayfair, Overstock, Wal-Mart.com, Hayneedle, Houzz, and HomeDepot.com.
Step 2: Probe: After reviewing the catalog, we worked with the company to implement a new strategy for imagery that incorporated the best practices for US standards including updated lifestyle images, close ups, corner shots, and dimensional line drawings. We also assisted the team with the addition of key SEO terms and optimizing product titles to include the search terms and product dimensions.
Step 3: Analyze: We worked with the company to develop a 3pl warehouse partnership within the United States which provides warehousing, logistics, and order processing services. This resource coupled with RSG Sales serving as the US Sales Office has created a seamless and efficient operation without disrupting the UK business.
